This is so well done, Alberto! It’s a great reminder for me to bring more structure into my time. Right now, I tend to fully immerse myself in building AI products and writing about the process whenever I find a spare moment.
I should take a step back and dedicate more time to family and exercise as well. Thanks for the inspiration!
I've snoozed Slack and blocked calendar for mornings. Some unavoidable meetings but this has helped.
Second is I remind myself of how much more joy reading books brings.
Third, giving my mind time to wander. Helped the most.
This resonates a lot with me, Kartik.
I basically blocked all of my calendar and don't check emails at work.
I have read 4 books in the past 4 months (a 1000% increase compared to last 10 years)
I purposely give myself time to do nothing (I realize this is a luxury some people might not have but others can do it a don't do it still)
Cheers!

You will thank yourself later 😉
Curious what's your goal/ideal life, Alberto?
For now, every week needs to have these non-negotiables:
- Work that I'm proud of.
- Workouts that make me stronger and healthier.
- Relationships that make me be 100% present.
Great post Alberto!
Thanks Eddie. What resonated the most?
All of it, you read my life (and mind)!
