Hola, Alberto, otra vez.

I really liked step 2, I consider that rapid prototyping is a key point in any software project.

I would go even further and say that it is a key point in any projects.

Alberto, you have found an amazing formatting formula. Keep going!!!

What do you like the most about it, Nick?

I've worked on many projects using similar ideas, but many failed because I was solving problems that didn't actually exist for others.

To improve your framework, I suggest adding another step: research the problems people are actively discussing, and build a prototype that directly addresses those issues.

That's a really good one.

I can already see that you are doing that here on Substack. Sharing data that is not easily accessible and creating features like the scheduled notes.

Keep it up!

Thanks Alberto,

It is amazing to see the reaction from people when you provide a solution to their pain points. They start actively marketing your solution to their peers - this is the best kind of word-of-mouth marketing.

I cannot agree more.

I found an additional ingredient that makes or breaks things for me: time.

It's because SPARK goes away.. sometimes after a week or two, sometimes after days, so I have to build fast and limit the time I spend on things.

Once I figured this out, my publishing got way more consistent.

Also, users or audiences don't necessarily know what they need until they have it (book recommendation: The Lean Startup).

Great stuff, Alberto!
