Good point about thinking in terms of what moves the needle. I know people spend many hours in an unproductive state, I’m sure it’s not remote work that’s responsible for it. :)
We have quite a few similarities on our articles today! Glad your writing about the importance of soft skills. A lot of problems in tech are actually people problems. Being able to navigate through those well is key to progress to Sr+ roles!
